Dave Carr of Forest Green Rovers had seen and been impressed by PM’s site for Worcestershire County Cricket Club. But when he called us to see what we could do for FGR, neither party knew the journey would end in the creation of one of the very best sites in the Football league.

Most football websites are built by one of two companies. PM decided to break the mould by working with the great people at FGR to create a beautifully-designed site that would incorporate not only the standard elements of any football site – fixtures, results, squad details – but also the complete history of club. There are huge sections on club facilities, and extensive marketing and sponsorship coverage. But most importantly, we all wanted the fans to benefit, with a phenomenal forum system and simple, up-to-the-minute news updates from the fantastic FGR staff and team supporters.

We’re really proud of this site and we think it’s a great reflection on one of the Blue Square Premier’s most dynamic teams. It’s a measure of the strength of the site that 15 hours after it went live we had our first enquiry from another team asking us to develop a similar site. We’d like to thank Dave, Bob, Heather, Ian, Richard, Natalie and chairman Colin Gardner for all of their help and support in creating this brilliant web presence.
